GForce STEM is a student-run, EdTech organization that provides STEM education to middle and high school students in underprivileged communities. Student interns train to teach workshops in specific, STEM pathways in both school year and summer programs. GForce STEM is a subsidiary of Springwall Learning Solutions and operates in Connecticut.
  • Coordinated the STEM education of 6 students via online instruction by developing 16 lesson plans for Python computer programming, Arduino prototyping, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAV).
  • Strengthened problem-solving, critical thinking, and programming skills of students through guided estimation challenges and instruction in the Python programming language and UAV technology.
 
 
Cybersecurity Intern/Robotics Instructor | Jul 2019 - Aug 2019 | New Haven, CT
  • Burned Darik’s Boot and Nuke (DBAN) onto a thumb drive and used to reformat laptops. Burned Windows 10 onto a secondary thumb drive and used to download a clean copy of Windows 10 onto laptops.
  • Researched partitioning of thumb drives to burn both DBAN and Windows 10 onto a single thumb drive to reduce time spent restoring each laptop and reduce the likelihood of error.
  • Prepared and taught curriculum on robotics and drone technology using PowerPoint presentations and demonstrations of 2 small drones.
